Return and Refund Policy

We Hope that you are happy with your Access Panels, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any Standard items if they are returned to us within 14 calendar days from purchase. We are unable to refund Bespoke items which include any Air-Sealed, Chameleon units, Slimline Access Panels.

1.1) On the return of any acceptable items, we will inspect the condition of these items. A credit will not be applied if the item is damaged or not suitable for resale.

1.2) Ceildoor Products Ltd is not responsible for handling/shipping of any returned items and our opening hours must be considered to ensure your parcel can be received and no Third Party charges incurred by your courier.

1.4)) All returns should be addressed to Ceildoor Products Ltd, Unit 5 Strawberry Lane Ind Estate, Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 3RS. Our contact details should be supplied to your Third Party for any delivery arrangements.

1.5) Any shipping costs originally incurred on your order are non-refundable

1.6) The 14 working days clause starts on the date which the original order was placed.
