Frequently Asked Questions

Your structural opening is the size of your cut out which the access panel will be installed into. As we typically use door sizes for reference, we advise that the structural opening should be 10mm greater than the listed sizes. For example, if the advertised size is 300mm x 300mm you will need to allow a cut out of 310mm x 310mm. If you have a structural opening which cannot accomidate one of our stock sizes, please get in touch as we will be able to make your panels to measure

If your order has been received before 3pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day. Please keep an eye on our opening hours for any Bank Holidays which could impact this. If you haven't received Your delivery within expected timescales, please contact us right away where we will be happy to help.

We often have requests for RAL changes. Please get in touch before placing your order so we can discuss this. We have our own in-house paint warehouse where we work closely with our powder coating suppliers, so getting hold of various RAL colours is normally very straightforward for us.

We pride ourselves on quality and service. This has allowed us over the years to manage our production team on both Stock and Bespoke manufacturing lines.  Please see lead times when you are placing your order for expected delivery time depending on the products you need. With Bespoke orders, we aim to have these delivered within 7-10 working days (high quantity orders may vary). Sometimes when Access Panels are specified on Projects more information is required, please contact us where one of the team will be able to provide you with the information which you need
